    • No Minimum Payout: We appreciate every sale. There is no minimum earnings threshold to receive your commission.
    • Monthly Review Cycle: To ensure thorough order validation and internal financial alignment, commissions are typically reviewed and approved during the following month (e.g., January commissions are finalized in late February). Once approved, payments are sent directly to your registered PayPal account.

    BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION TO JOIN OR BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


    1. Eligibility & Orders

    • Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of legal residence.
    • Personal Orders: Affiliates are not eligible for commissions on their own personal orders.
    • Shipping & Validity: At present, the tomtoc official store (www.tomtoc.com) only supports shipments within the United States. Commissions are generated exclusively from successful domestic U.S. shipments; orders cancelled prior to shipping are not eligible for payout.


    2. Prohibited Search & Advertising (PPC Policy)

    • No Brand Bidding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on tomtoc® trademarked terms (e.g., "tomtoc", "tomtoc bags", "tomtoc sling", or any variations/misspellings) on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search engines.
    • Direct Linking: You may not use your affiliate link as a display URL in paid search advertisements. All traffic must originate from your own approved content or channels.


    3. Promotional & Brand Integrity

    • Brand Identity: Affiliates may not create social media pages or websites containing "tomtoc", or any variation thereof. You may not, under any circumstances, claim to be a representative or employee of tomtoc.
    • Discount Code Usage: Affiliates are encouraged to share their assigned personalized codes. However, you agree not to disclose or leak internal, private, or non-public discount codes that are not explicitly intended for your specific promotional use.
    • Creative Assets & Accuracy: You are free to use and adapt the materials provided in our Marketing Assets. However, you must ensure all added text or claims are truthful and consistent with official product descriptions on tomtoc.com. Any original branded materials created outside of these provided assets require express written consent. Misleading claims or unauthorized use of the tomtoc® logo are strictly prohibited.


    4. Payments & Global Payouts

    • PayPal Registered Email: Payments will be sent to the PayPal Email Address provided during your initial registration. It is your responsibility to ensure this address is correct. You may update your payment information via your affiliate dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected].
    • Currency & Fees: All commissions are paid in U.S. Dollars (USD) based on the amounts recorded on the Refersion platform. For affiliates residing outside of the U.S., any currency conversion fees or PayPal processing charges are the responsibility of the affiliate.


    5. Termination of Partnership

    Violations of the aforementioned policies—especially brand bidding or identity misrepresentation—will result in immediate deactivation of the affiliate account without prior notice.

    In the event of a policy violation, tomtoc® reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any existing or pending eligible conversions.

    • Payment Information: PayPal email address provided during registration or relevant financial details for commission transfers.
    • Tracking Data: We use cookies to track referrals. Our tracking cookies remain active for the duration specified in our program terms to ensure accurate attribution.


    How We Use Your Data We use your information specifically to:
    • Verify, manage, and secure your affiliate account.
    • Track successful referrals, calculate commissions, and generate performance reports.
    • Communicate program updates, promotional news, and essential administrative notices.
    • Monitor and prevent fraudulent activities, such as self-referrals or prohibited PPC bidding.


    3. Third-Party Sharing

    We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with our trusted service providers—including Refersion, Shopify, and PayPal—to facilitate tracking, reporting, and payments.

    Your Compliance Obligations (FTC Disclosure) To protect our brand and remain compliant with relevant laws:
    • Clear Disclosure: Per FTC guidelines, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you receive a commission when posting your affiliate link to your audience.
    • Ethical Promotion: You must not engage in spam, deceptive advertising, or any activity that violates the privacy rights of your audience.
